Christmas Message from Friends Chair

It was with immense pride that I was appointed Chairman at the Annual General meeting of the Friends of Moorfields Hospital in November. Prior to my appointment I had the pleasure of meeting a number of our wonderful volunteers and, of course, our tremendously supportive staff. Working together you provide a service that is hugely beneficial to patients and of immense value to the hospital. Your dedication to the role combined with your helpfulness and compassion provides something which is beyond price. I have enormous admiration for the work you do and, like all those that benefit from it, am appreciative beyond words.

On behalf of my fellow Trustees I would like to convey our heartfelt thanks and to wish you, our outstanding team of volunteers and staff, a happy and healthy Christmas. I look forward to meeting many more of you in the New Year.
