Become a member of Friends of Moorfields

We are a member-led charity and our members are a vital part of the Friends community. As well as making regular donations that help us to do more and allow us to plan better for the future, members have a key role to play in guiding our strategy and priorities.

Anyone can become a member with a minimum annual subscription of just £10. Members are invited to attend and contribute to our AGM each year, and are consulted on other major plans and developments.

Members receive occasional updates by email as well as Peacock, our magazine full of news and stories.

To become a member of Friends of Moorfields, please fill in this form and return it to us along with your donation. There are three ways to do this:

Give us a call

If you prefer less paperwork, your membership can be handled in one phone call! Just call us on 020 7251 1240 and tell us that you’d like to become a member. We’ll ask you a few quick questions and get you set up.

Return by email

This is the best option if you’d like to donate via our donation page, or set up your own standing order membership payment via online banking or in your branch. Just:

• Fill in the membership portion of the form
• Fill in the gift aid portion of the form if applicable
• Set up a standing order via your bank using the details on the form – any amount you like from the minimum of £10 per year! Or you can donate at our donate page.
• Email us at moorfields.friends@nhs.net, attaching your form and letting us know the details of your payment so that we can match your donation to your membership

Return by post

You may prefer to post us a cheque, or fill in the banker’s order and have us set up the payment on your behalf. Since we need the original form to do this, you simply need to:
